Due to the influence of material flow and stress rebound during the spinning process, the precision of the products processed by CNC Metal Spinning Machine cannot reach 0.04mm. Among the three materials of aluminum, iron and stainless steel, the accuracy of stainless steel spinning products is difficult to control. Taking the diameter of 100mm as the benchmark, the diameter accuracy of general aluminum spinning parts can reach 0.1mm, the diameter accuracy of iron is about 0.2mm, and the diameter accuracy of stainless steel is about 0.2mm. About 0.4mm. The larger the diameter of the product, the worse the precision. The precision of strong rotation is higher than that of general rotation.
When the spinning parts have assembly accuracy requirements, they can be processed by finishing. At present, the products widely used in CNC Metal Spinning Machine include lampshade, stainless steel bowl, stainless steel pot, shielding cover, signal reflector, signal receiver cover, chemical container, power container, aluminum barrel, stainless steel barrel, venturi, fan outlet , ventilation ducts, funnels, electrical liner, motor protective cover, etc. The CNC spinning process is more suitable for such special customized, small and medium batch processing products.
The motion principle of CNC spinning and manual spinning is the same in the product forming process. The clamping force is provided by the tail top to drive the material to rotate with the main shaft. The cutter wheel makes the material from point to line according to the predetermined tool path. Line-to-surface extension, post-molding. The difference is that the CNC Metal Spinning Machine controls the path of the cutter wheel during the spinning process and the gap between the cutter wheel and the mold. Due to the high running accuracy of CNC machine tools, good equipment rigidity, and large processing force, the manufactured products are consistent, stable in production, and can control the accuracy of the products well; while manual spinning is in the process of spinning, by manual Control the tool holder to determine the tool path of the cutter wheel, and the tool path and gap between each product are different, resulting in unstable product accuracy in batches.
When the thickness of the spinning sheet exceeds a certain range (iron exceeds 1.2mm, aluminum exceeds 1.5mm, and stainless steel exceeds 1mm), the artificial force cannot support the processing force required for spinning, and it is easy to cause the product to be scrapped. However, when manual spinning is used to make thin aluminum and iron products, the surface of the outer wall of the processed product will be better than that of CNC Metal Spinning Machine. However, after the continuous improvement of process technology in CNC spinning in recent years, the surface of the outer wall of the spinning product has been very similar to that of manual spinning.
