This kind of failure generally occurs after the sensor is reinstalled and replaced, and the position of the sensor shaft cannot be the same as the original at this time. The orientation position of the spindle can be adjusted by setting data. Changing the positioning tolerance value of the spindle of CNC Metal Spinning Machine can correct the stop position of the spindle. When adjusting, pay attention to the input data and the direction to be corrected. When correcting the offset angle, a negative angle value cannot be entered after the positioning tolerance of the spindle. The adjustment process often has to be repeated many times. As long as the positioning tolerance of the spindle is adjusted within the range of 10-11 degrees, the mold can be replaced smoothly.
