How to check the head spinning by CNC Metal Spinning Machine

1. Generally, the shape and size of the product, small forming thickness and non-destructive testing, etc., should be inspected and re-inspected in accordance with the regulations and relevant standards to ensure the overall quality of the head.
2. When measuring the inclination of the straight edge of the product, the thickened part of the straight edge should not be counted.
3. After the product is trimmed, the roundness tolerance should be measured, which is generally the difference between the large value and the small value, and the value should not be greater than 25mm. A ruler or a tensioned steel wire should be placed on any two diameter positions of the end face to measure the total depth, generally not exceeding the specified value.
4. Use a gap template to check the shape tolerance of the inner surface of the head. Note that the template should be perpendicular to the surface to be measured during testing, otherwise the results may be inaccurate.
5. The straight edge part of the spinning head is not allowed to have longitudinal wrinkles.
Non-destructive testing of spinning heads:
 Once the head is formed, all splicing or welding parts should be tested by radiography or ultrasonic according to a certain method. In addition, local non-destructive testing can also be carried out, including the welded joints in the transition section, which cannot be omitted.
