The heating of the spinning process for a long time leads to a smaller gap between the cutter wheel and the mold. It is necessary to adjust the gap between the cutter wheel and the mold in time. The thickness of the stainless steel material is about thick, and the temperature rise during the processing is more obvious.
3. The surface of the material needs to be brushed with drawing oil
During the professional stainless steel spinning process, the temperature of the material, the mold and the cutter wheel is very high, so it is necessary to continuously apply drawing oil on the surface of the material and the mold. Stretching oil also has a cooling effect. If the spinning stainless steel is not coated with drawing oil, the product will be easily cracked or scratched by the cutter wheel. In addition, without the effect of drawing oil, the gap will become smaller after long-term production of the cutter wheel and the temperature of the mold, causing machine vibration and spinning. The surface texture of the product is uneven.
4. The cutter wheel needs hard material
The general spinning cutter wheel material is CR12 steel, but spinning stainless steel, the hardness of CR12 steel is not enough, the cutter wheel is easily scratched by the stainless steel material, and there will be a lot of scratches on the surface of the final product. You can use CR12 for electroplating or use high-speed steel material, and the cutter wheel is not easy to wear. Stainless steel is a commonly used metal spinning material. Compared with aluminum and iron, stainless steel spinning is more difficult.
