1. Diameter accuracy: The accuracy of CNC spinning products cannot reach the accuracy of CNC turning and milling processing. The general accuracy of turning and milling processing can reach 0.02mm. The spinning is due to factors such as material thinning, material stress rebound, and clamping accuracy. Combined effects, the precision is far below the precision level of turning and milling. Generally, the forming diameter precision of stainless steel is 0.3mm-1mm, and the forming precision of aluminum is 0.5-0.5mm.
2. Length accuracy: Most of the length accuracy of spinning products is controlled by turning. Considering the rebound of stress after cutting the material part, the general accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
3. Spinning texture: Generally, spinning products will have slight textures. The distribution of surface textures is related to the spinning forming tool path and the size of the selected cutter wheel. However, the partial depression or protrusion of the product is due to the unadjusted process. If the product needs to be polished, oxidized, and painted later, the aluminum product can be processed with a calender knife to process the spinning surface texture, and the stainless steel can improve the process to make the texture distribution more uniform and fine, so as to reduce the cost of polishing.
4. Product wall thickness: The distribution of product wall thickness affects the performance of the product's material strength. In addition to using different material thicknesses to control the product wall thickness, the product thickness can also be controlled by improving the process.
